Again, no invoice was attachedSo I still don't know what "services" totaled $As I've requested numerous times, I want a statement explaining where my money wentThe company can choose to send me my statement via the email on file and/or the address on file (address forwarding is in place with USPS)I will allow days for my request for a detailed statement to be sent to me, if not I will pursue this matter further.

They initiated what they termed a "corporate complaint" which I believe will do nothing to resolve my situation This solitary lien on my property, for an original bill of $61.89, placed without my knowledge in 2011, and is now blocking my home mortgage refinancing I paid their bill on 2/1/for $123.78, and they never applied the payment properly I don't know what a corporate complaint is going to do to resolve my issue Typical corporate double-speak, responding while doing nothing for you

I am not accepting of only a two week credit due to the hours I have had to deal with your company on the phone. You are not open after so you have required me to take additional time out of my WORK TIME to deal with this. I requested a $credit. You can apply the week credit toward this $and issue the difference that is what I would be willing to Accept.

Upon reviewing your account, we received a call from you on January 01, to discuss the billingYou disputed the invoice for $727.00; the agent advised you that she would enter an adjustment; mentioned if it is not correct we would correct it The adjustment was then approved for $515.94; upon further review I found the adjustment should have only been for $plus fuel and environmental chargesBecause you called on December 05, to request a pick up and we should have invoiced $plus the fuel and environmental chargesHowever, because of Waste Management error we will honor that amountTherefore, the charges are valid and the balance owed is $216.34, please accept our apologies for the frustration caused by this situation
