*** *** *** signed a Service Agreement ("Agreement") with Waste Management which took effect on September 01, for thirty-six (36) monthsPursuant to Section of the Agreement, the initial term of the agreement is for thirty-six (36) months and Agreement automatically renews for an additional twelve (12) months renewal term if *** *** *** does not notify Waste Management in a written notice of termination at least (90) days, but not more than one hundred eighty (180) days, per Section of the termination of the then-existing termPlease see attached Service Agreement
*** *** *** failed to give Waste Management notice of termination within Section 2's allotted time periodTherefore the Agreement automatically renewed for an additional 12-months

Beginning May 17th, a message is presented on your invoice which says, this invoice constitutes an offer by Waste Management to provide service to you for a specified periodBy accepting this, you agree to continue service during the specified timeCancellation results in the forfeit of any prepayment unless prohibited by applicable law, regulation or contract.”
Effective September 1st, we changed our refund processSince you prepaid (Nov, Dec, Jan and Feb) you are not eligible for a refundI did attach a copy of your most recent invoiceYou are a valued customer and do not want to lose your business, we are willing to work with you to lower your rates as you mentioned in your complaint

There was no attachment of a new contract from March of this year, because we did NOT sign one, and WM cannot provide itThey have previously told me over the phone that the contract was signed by someone named "Luckie Itow." I have never heard of this person, and called our professional property manager *** to inquire whethe* *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** is on the Board of a different condo association, and has nothing to do with our complexWE HAVE NOT SIGNED A NEW CONTRACTI have spoken with Maciel P*** several times, and as of two days ago, she had someone in the "legal" department call APS to confirm this information*** informed me yesterday that she did receive a call from WM, she advised the same, and requested a copy of this illegitimate contractWM has yet to complyIn our contract, it also states that upon written request, WM must provide a breakdown of any fee increasesWe requested this two days ago and have not received anything yetWe received our September bill, and it was back up to over $900!! The contracted amount is $367, which is $MORE than the going rate offered by two other service providers ($per month.) This is a total scam and a rip-off, and I'm tired of getting bounced around between multiple WM employees that are not listening and not trying to resolve this issue! Regards,*** ***
