We agree to signing of the three year agreement and as per terms we would be ready to pay the three month liquidation damage charges towards the early termination of their services due to high increase in the price then what had been committed to us while finalizing the contract We would still need Waste management to explain to us on how they came to charges of apprx$per month on contract price of $per month plus fuel & taxes extraWe wish to have an idea on their calculation of monthly price during the contract which has changed every year and that too with increaseOnce we hear from Waste management we shall be all happy to terminate the contract and pay the three month liability Kindly take up matter with Waste management accordingly and help us to know details of the exorbitant charges on the monthly invoices we have been paying on time Thanks *** *** *** *** ***

After researching our internal records, Cable Techs INC signed a Service Agreement with Waste Management which took effect on April 11, 2012, for twelve (12) monthsThe initial term of the agreement is for (twelve) months from the Effective Date and it shall automatically renew thereafter for additional terms of months ('Renewal Term'), if Cable Techs INC does not notify Waste Management in a written notice of termination at least (90) days, but not more than one hundred eighty (180) days, per Section of the termination of the then-existing termPlease see attached Service Agreement
Cable Techs INC failed to give Waste Management notice of termination within Section 2's allotted time periodTherefore, the Agreement automatically renewed for an additional 12-months ending April 1,
Waste Management received Cable Tech INC certified letter postmarked June 1, 2017, on June 6, The attached letter stated to close the account due to closingAccount Manager Donna advised Cable Tech INC that we would need an affidavit to be completed to cancel with no early termination penaltiesCable Tech INC refused to sign an affidavit, and a Breach of Contract letter was sent to Cable Teck INC advising of their cancellation optionsPlease see attached letters

To briefly summarize my complaint: Paid in full for service period 3/1/to 5/31/They missed pickups so I called to report itHad to beg to get them to carry out the final pick up on May Withhelpfrom Revdex.com they agreed to provide what they referred to as a "courtesy" pick up even though I had paid for this serviceThey informed me they would pick up toter and recycling box on June which they did, but a lady from their office called weeks later to ask if it was picked up but said she would assume it was and close the accountHow is it possible to send a truck to an address and not have a record of it? I am asking your help to determine what the bill for $is about because my service ended May The bill for months was $What could possibly be $when they provided no service after May My family have been loyal customers of Waste Management since in three different states and we are very disappointed at this frustrating experience. Upon review of your account, the fee that continues to show is the PMF charge, known as container service chargeThat charge allows you to exchange your container once per calendar year for free; the fee is generally removed when an account is placed on an on callWhen your account was decreased the fee was not removed and should have been, the PMF fee is now removed and you will not receive any more billing for it
I issued a reversal back to your ACH account for the $payment made in January, please allow to business days for it to appear in your accountI also issued an adjustment for your February invoice, bringing your account to a zero balancePlease accept our apologies for the frustration caused by this situation
