I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint
They claimed I did not report the service failuresIn fact, I have called at least once a month for the past four monthsEach time I spent the majority on hold and was transferred to someone who all they asked was for me to pay the billNone of these calls are on their record even though I can prove the calls. When I spoke with ***, who is mentioned below, she said an operations manager in my territory would give me a callThis never happenedI even went through the steps to talk to someone at corporate to request an operations manager call meThey said I would hear from someone no later than ***I am yet to receive a call. After I filed the complaint, my garbage and recycling was agin only half emptied by the driversThey were not able to provide a reason for this. I paid for garbage and recycling services for the past months and they have failed to pick up anything over the past two monthsThus, my request for a credit of $*** ($per month) and they only gave me $Throughout this process they have been rude, and hung up on me when attempting to request the credit. My issues and request have not been addressed or resolved. Thanks, *** ***
