After researching our internal records, you called on March 13, 2017, to cancel your accountOur agent scheduled the cancel and the removal for March 22, You called multiple times to report the removal was not completed on March 22, 2017, and requested it me expeditedWe alerted our operations, and they confirmed the removal was completed on April 3, Again, please accept our apologies for the frustration caused by this situation

The receptacles were only picked up AFTER filing with Revdex.com. The forfeiture of payment is not acceptable, as my complaint indicated we were never informed of previous invoices or payment being dueCancellation of services was done by Waste ManagementWe requested cancellation of service after Boone would respond to us directly.

when thry cant pick up trash because of bad weather;road construction or a tenents car blocking the dumster; they still charge me as if it was picked upThey just mised weeks in a row. For over years they picked up every weeksif the driver mised for any reason; he would pick it up next timeWe never had an overage in over yearsThe same amount of trash has been generated each week for the last yearsWe never had a overage chargewe switched to picnup every week, from $per month to $109.per month109/4=$27.25 per pick up. When they dont pick up; their will be more trash the next time$overage charge -is $That is robery. Rember we paid for all the times they could not pick upThey cant have their cake and eat it too !!! Then they charged around $145.00 in fuel surchage,$for something called regulatory cost recovery and even a $charge for being a customer!!! My october bill was 69.77; we had a CREDIT BALANCE of $ for $dueI paid ahead an amount of $ OR AN EXTRA $129.00. The november bill was $ !!!!! BECAUSE I HAD A CREDIT BALANCE THEY TOOK ALL MY MONEY *** ** *** ***

You called on February 3, to report no service and our agent advised you the account was suspended for nonpayment. You made the payment and we have reactivated your account for February 10, Due to the weather, we were unable to complete your service, which will be delayed until your next service day
Manuela confirmed she spoke to you, and due to the service issues, you requested to cancel your account and have the containers removed at no chargeYour account canceled effective February 6, 2017, and your payment of $reversed back to the credit card on filePlease allow for to business days for the reversal to appear on your credit card statementOur containers are scheduled for removal on 2/15/Please have them out on the curb by 6am to 6pm.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint Second complaint regarding my trash containersCalled several times and was told my bin would be fixed or replacedMy trash bin has been curbside for almost two weeks without any wheels or the rodBin was damaged by the driver who dumped my trashHe had to see that he damaged the containerHorrible customer serviceThe city issued me a warning because my bin is curbsideI can not move the trash can without any wheelsI called in three times, once even asking for a route manager to return my call, still waiting.My call returned and my bin fixed
