I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint
The problem is that the annual price increase and the most recent billing are one and the same Putting it another way, the price increase was put into effect before the end of the term, which was not due to renew until 5/1/ I object to paying the higher rate for my liquidated damages If the responder is saying that my liquidated damages will be x $(my previous billing amount) rather than x $(the amount on my most recent bill) then she needs to explicitly state that in writing before I will accept this issue as resolved
