In response to your last comment, I listened to the call again and you mentioned to the agent that you went online to order a dumpsterHowever, you were having issues, ordering the dumpster and asked if you could place the order with herAgent beginning taking your order; offered a 15-yard for your project and you stated you needed a 30-yardAgent explained the weight and the overage and continued with your orderAgent stated twice on the call that you would be getting the 30-yard for six days and it included 3-tons for $and anything over the 3-tons would be an extra charge and you agreed and she placed the order
However because of the confusion we are going to honor the online quote of $for 6-tonsYou paid $leaving a balance of $

[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]We have continued to ask to be removed from the contract with Waste management and they continue to only reiterate that I need to sign a affidavit and pay the termination fees which are not outlined in my contractWe have been a loyal customer since 2009, certainly someone could terminate our account however no one will direct me to a person with that abilityI would totally understand if it was only a few years but we are talking years of being a customerOur attorney advised against signing the agreement as we will only have a Office out of our home, therefore will not be able to have a dumpster or have the need for a dumpster, we are not closing the business just that location

Both my wife and I spoke with Oscar who identified that Oscar had only listened to one conversationIn the conversation I had with Oscar he told me that he was able to listen to the different phone conversation when we cancelled our service which was in the beginning of SeptIt was during that phone conversation that we were told by the representative who cancelled the service for us to pay the prorated amountI actually when going through my online account found the notation on my bill...and it actually states what I stated to Oscar repeatedly...and I am owed $and I can provide that

We contracted an "URGENT VISA PROCESSING" product from It'sEasy, Inc., for $each that was advertised to take "up to days" to process a Brazil Visa We sent our application to It'sEasy, Inc., a NY address, next day air on December *, to obtain a Brazil Visa that would allow us to take a cruise, departing on Jan **, from Fort Lauderdale, Fl Our Visas finally arrived at our home address on Jan 27, 2016, days later starting from Dec *, the Monday after It'sEasy, Increceived our next day air package on Dec *,

I was advised on 5/26/by customer service that my refund was being processed on 5/26/and would be refunded 24/hoursIt is now 6/4/and no refundMy biggest concern is still that this company behaves very unethicallyThey took my money the same day they told me they could not provide a serviceIf you can not provide a service, you do not take someone's money! I would like to know the date their records show my refund was processed
