I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint
Although the cans were returned after the complaint was made and a message was left by yet another "representative", the internal communication issues with Waste Management continueThe response to the Revdex.com complaint notes that on July "according to their internal records", a call was made to pay the balanceThat is incorrectThe balance was already paidThe representative did not collect on July a payment because the balance was already paidThe call was to make sure Waste Management had the verification, so there wouldn't be a problem, which there wasIt's obvious from the response that the entire complaint wasn't even given the time to be readThis is just a case in pointWaste Management's internal communication within their departments and among their representitives are terribleSo is the general communication with customersWaste Management's representatives seem to be trained to give customers a 'fluff' answer then get rid of themIf a supervisor is requested, none are availableAnd although the supervisor is supposed to give a call back if requested, they do notThe lack of communication between Waste Management and subcontractors that creates this 'standby' series of excuses for their errors was not even touched uponThere were several issues in the complaint that was ignoredI would like to hear Waste Management agree that there are internal communication and other issues that are ongoing within their departments and subcontractors and that they are working on solutions to resolve them in the near futureThis sort of thing impacts health and safety and is not in line with city, county and state ordinances and contractual outlines in CaliforniaWe need assurance that Waste Management's internal problems are actively being resolved with viable solutions in line with the complaint beyond the return of cans or resume of service

Upon reviewing all the calls with the telephone number (83** ***, there was no mention you would receive a refund if you cancel earlyIf you could provide the number you called in on last month I will be happy to research the call
As stated on your December, March and June invoices, you are paying for a subscription service; by paying your invoice, you agree to continue service during the specified timeIf you request to cancel your service early, you forfeit your prepayment
Your account is set to cancel effective 07/18/if you would like to cancel the request please contact your local call centerPlease accept our apologies for the frustration caused by this situation

Your employee lied to me the only reason the can was picked up today was the involvement of the Revdex.comYou basically had to be shamed into doing something that should have been done last week!!! You also need to compensate my contractor for collecting your clients trash!!! They stepped up and did the right thingYou needed to be dragged by the Revdex.comYour collection truck drove by and ignored the responsibility this AMAgain you had the opportunity to do the corrective action and the attitude of the *** ** office was to take a passYou have issues with this office not me So rather than emailing me train your new staff that needs to be hired at the *** office, because that is where the trash needs to be removedDo not Blame the victimYou have an issue deal with it and move onTo not deal with it you will only re-live it over and over again!!!

I paid in full the invoice that I am continually re-invoiced for I would think WM has the ability to see the payment made on time and in full the the invoice # in question Please remedy this matter post haste It tires me to continually have to deal with something so obvious If necessary I can upload a copy of the paid invoice with the date and proof of payment However, I believe WM has the same opportunity and it is there error, not mine
