Yes this is the best numberI did receive a call and he left a voicemailThe call back number provided was disconnectedI tried calling several times. I called corporate to request the *** ** direct numberThey said they could not provide thatHow can I not talk to a local representative??? The man said he would put in a request for an operation manager to call me by ***No one ever calledAnd yes, I pay $per quarter, this issue has been going on for every bit of a quarter, yet I was only reimbursed $25. Upon researching our internal records, we sent you an email on 9/15/quoting the extra pick up charge of $(plus fuel and environmental charge)Since we did not receive a response back, we did not schedule the extra pick upOn 9/16/2016, you called; requested the extra pick up and we serviced the same day
Per your service agreement, it states extra pickup charge is $240.00, at this time no credits are due and all charges are validPlease see attached service agreement

After researching our internal records, you called multiple times to report our driver is placing your container in the middle of the driveway and to report we missed your trashOur agents sent the necessary information to our operations to address the service issues, and to have the trash servicedHowever, our driver continued to misplace the containerTherefore, you filed the complaint, to assist with your complaint. Our agent *** confirmed she spoke to you and the trash was servicedHowever, our driver continued to misplace the container*** reached out to our operations to address the container placementIn addition, a one-month credit applied to your account for the service failure
*** will also monitor your account for the next month to ensure our driver is placing the container in the designated spotAgain, please accept our apologies for the frustration caused by this situation

This is in response to your last comment Pursuant to Section of the Agreement, Waste Management reserves the right to increase the Charges payable by the customer during the term of the agreementLtanya, account manager for Waste Management spoke with you on February 18, and offered you a lower rate which I attached in my previous response to the Revdex.comWould you like me to resend it?
In regards to the monthly container service charge of $7.75, this charge covers an exchange of your container (cosmetic reasons)If you elect to have the $waived the cost to exchange your container (for cosmetic reasons) is $Keep in mind Waste Management will repair or replace a broken container at no cost to you
We certainly do not want to lose your business and understand how important it is to have reliable service In March of we discussed the reason you were not serviced (low wires) and snowBecause you are a valued customer I added the adjustment of $for the missed service at that timeI do not currently see any service issues noted on your account, if there is, please let me know so I can address any issues you are currently experiencing
If for any reason you call or email your local Waste Management office and do not receive a response within hours, please feel free to reach me or anyone in our corporate office at *** or call us at *** option
