1. Please provide a detailed breakdown of how the credit was calculated showing the amount credited each monthMy salesman informed me that I had a 3% annual cap on price increase. Explain how the 19% price increase is justified based on Article of our contract.3. As previously mentioned, there appear to be many additional fees charged to me because of improperly billing. Please recalculate all billing based on the corrected amounts and remove all fees associated. These fees should not have been charged as your billing was inaccurate from the beginning.4. I will not pay a container removal fee as I was forced into cancellation because of Waste Management's refusal to correct billing until this pointThe $per months should not have been billed to me based on statements from my salesmanPlease remove all of them

This message says they "reached out to operations and we were serviced on July 25th" This incorrect. Our PICK UP DAY would of been July 26th. Nobody showed up to pick up the garbage until July 27th. The trash pick up is on Tuesday. No exceptions are allowed. We pay our bill on time, we expect our service on time.This reply contains mis-information, inaccuracies, and is just wrong. When a complaint filed, it says a lot when the supplier comes back with jibberish

This business has weak communication skills, and for that I lost dollars rebooking a flight"Airbill" is simply a term I never heard before; it was not clear what was and was not going to happen when I gave them my moneyThey use an "answering service," which is unhelpfulThe main issue here is they did not help me via email I was waiting and waiting and got no response The time sensitive nature of this issue made this very badI had to cancel everything and start overYou will be better off with a business that communicates

I dispute Ruals' findings on my caseAfter reviewing my records I discovered that years ago that I had a dispute with Waste Management that was not resolved since I was overcharged for an extra trash can that was requested by the previous owner of the houseThis dispute was to be take care of but I only received one phone call and nothing else concerning this matter and state law also stipulates that you cannot go back more than years to collect a debtSo please contact me if you have further information on my case.Sincerely *** ***

I have reviewed the response by Waste Management Again, Waste Management is ignoring the primary issue They have increased our rates in excess of the amount allowed in their contract They have, based on their contract, overcharged us $over the past three years We are a church It is not up to our treasurer - who pays our bills - to make decisions as to whether or not we accept price increases You may think it sly to put a note on your bill that you think somehow modifies a contract made with our church - it does not - I assure you I'm still holding you to the contract - the contract you are so intent on holding us to Perhaps your procedures are why you charge churches more on average than you charge other businesses It does appear Waste Management has no interest in settling this issue On their replies to the Revdex.com, they put a note that I can email a certain address if I have more questions However, three emails to that email address have gone unanswered They want to give the appearance of being legitimate without actually being legitimate Waste Management's reply is that because we paid our January payment - we agree to the price increase - however, had we not paid the January payment, they would say we still owed them That is not a legitimate way to increase prices There is a contract The contract has certain allowances Waste Management has breached that contract We will not pay them any more money

While I did receive a voice mail Monday, May 4th while in a meeting at work, I returned the call the same day on Monday, May 4th, and left a voice mail requesting a call back and have not received a returned call as of today Friday, May 8thThis is the 3rd time this person has not returned my call and the 4th time the company has not returned my call since April 17thI would request that someone other than the people who have not returned my call to date please contact me either on the phone or in writingI do not have any interest in discussing the rates I am receiving with my new company or staying a customer at this time, at no point have I asked to discuss ratesI also have photos of my yard from last Thursday of my neighbors trash/recycling I had to pick up in my yard (my trash was not out this date it now goes on Mondays) from your company not being able to empty my neighbors bins without dumping it all over the neighborhood instead of in their trucksMy (month pregnant) neighbor had to come ask me to assist her in picking up her trash/recycle bins because they were dropped and laying on their sides across her driveway on the same date just so she could pull in her driveway when she came home from work because she is physically unable to bend down or lift themI again state that I would like to cancel my service because you are not effectively providing the service, I would like the trash and recycling bins off my property by May 15th, and I would like the money returned for the services I have not received since I originally called to cancel on April 17th

There is someone home at this address nearly every day all day longNo one knocked at this door yesterday and no driver has ever come by this house and not seen the cans out where they should be on Monday morningI have complained about this - times in the past several monthsYour drivers simply - for whatever reason - pass by this address and go on to other address to pick up the refuseThis can create a sanitation problemI am tired of trying to resolve this with incompetent and unresponsive customer service associates at WMI am going to start filming your agents as they pass by this address and go on to others Stop covering up, making excuses and pick up our trash as you are supposed to do
