Hi, first of all the curbside time of 6am was changed to 4am without notifying me, the customerI called and asked why my trash and recycling had not yet been picked upThe representative told be that my trash and recycling was not curbside when they came byI said how could that be? It was out at 6am, the timeIt was then that she informed me of the time change to 4am due to heatI have no issues with the time change however I told her I was not notified of this change via email or phoneThe representative then told me that the media had done a segment on the change and that was justification to either double up my trash next week, which wouldn't have solved the problem due to full receptacles and a party at my house that night, or additionally charge me to come out and pick it upI thought Waste Management NW would make it right and come back and pick up the trash I had already paid to be removedI feel like this company doesn't care about customer service and isn't honoring our business agreementJust so we are on the same page, I have had multiple issues with this company in a rather short amount of timeThanks for your response and I hope Waste Management NW starts to care about customer service and starts to execute with action, professional business practices

I recently marked a Revdex.com complaint (ID ***) detailing the repeated incorrect removal of waste bins from my possession as resolved because Waste Management offered me a month credit for recycling for the inconvenience caused by their errorHowever, after marking it resolved I was contacted on the phone by a representative who told me that they would not be giving me the credit because "the service was completed and not interrupted." This amounts to a bait and switch and is really quite unbelievableThat you would offer me a satisfying resolution and then withdraw your offer as soon as I marked the complaint resolved is pretty lowI have your offer in writing here and can take you to small claims court to get it enforced if I want toI suggest you apply the credit to my account as you promisedAnd rest assured I will keep this claim open until I see that credit appliedNote that the resolution I accepted for claim ID *** was not for interruption of service, it was for having to stave off interruption of service and for the time I had to spend calling into your customer service line, and writing a Revdex.com complaintNow it is also for writing another Revdex.com complaint because because you failed to deliver on your proposed resolutionMy time is very valuable to me and since this is the second time I've had to burn time fixing your mistake, it seems entirely appropriate for you to issue me the measly month credit for recycling services as a gesture of apology and goodwill.TranslateDesired Resolution / OutcomeDesired Resolution:Billing AdjustmentselectDesired Outcome:Apply the credit to my account as promised in your offer of resolution for claim ID ***

Agreement ("Agreement") with Waste Management, which took effect on April 1, for twelve (12) monthsPursuant to Section of the Term, the term of this Agreement is set forth on the service summary sheetThe initial term of the agreement is for (12) months and the agreement automatically renews for an additional twelve (12) month renewal term if *** *** does not notify Waste Management on a certified letter of termination at least (90) days, but not more than one hundred eighty (180) days, per Section of the termination of the then-existing termPlease see attached Service Agreement

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me at this present time Thanks to the Revdex.com, there was follow-up. The Waste Management driver's supervisor contacted me initially days after(Saturday) my initial phone call to Waste Management and advised me that the Waste Management trucks have a GPS tracking device on each truck. Per the driver's supervisor, all drivers are supposed to document on the truck computers while in front of each customer's house whether they have picked up their trash or there wasn't trash available to pick up and according to their records, the driver documented for my house when he was or streets over meaning he lied and probably never came down my street or in my subdivision. The supervisor did apologize to me. The driver's supervisor also stated that he would personally drive to my house on that following Monday(my trash piday) to verify that my recycling had been picked up. I'm not sure if the supervisor physically drove by on Monday, however, I did receive a second call from the supervisor that Monday to follwith me and make sure that nothing had changed since he spoke with me days ago, and he also mentioned that he had received a complaint letter from the Revdex.com. In the past, whenever I called their customer service number, there was never any follow-ups (calls or emails).Again, at this current time, I feel that the situation has been rectified. Thank you Revdex.com!!!
