On 12/07/2016, you contacted Waste Management to request the collection of your washer; our agent set up the pick for your service day 12/09/However, we failed to pick it up; you notified us on 12/13/We reached out to our operations and our driver returned that afternoon and removed the washer

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and upon further support of and receipt of documentation reflecting the following will this issue be considered resolved:My account was been closed dating back to November 17, or earlier The said amount of $charged to my account has been removed Waste Management has contacted the collection agencies stating this was their error, thus clearing my good name and credit ratingI am provided with the aforementioned refund(s) as indicated in my letter and complaintOnly when all of the above requirements have been met, then yes, this claim will be satisfactorily resolved However, as of today 1-21-2015, I have not seen such documentation to reflect all necessary requirements Until I receive a check from Waste Management for all refunds owed to me and an invoice stating that I owe nothing and my account is once and for all canceled, I will assume that no appropriate action has been taken Thank you Revdex.com for helping me to take appropriate action against Waste Management Have a wonderful day! After researching our internal records, you called on March 3, 2017, to report we missed your trashOur agent advised you that your January payment was not received and the account was suspendedYou disputed and stated you made the payment, and our agent requested proof of the payment so that we may researchYou provided proof of payment, and our billing department located it on March 29, 2017, and it will be applied to your accountOur agent, Jeanne, confirmed she spoke to you and explained that your payment was made to the wrong account, and to call your bank to ensure they correct your account information. Again, please accept our apologies for the frustration caused by this situation

This is in response to a follow up email from your local Waste Management office, upon further reveiw of your account an adjustment of $15.00 was entered as a one time courtesyPlease keep in mind the PSC (Public Service Commission) does not require Waste Management to credit customers in West Virginia due to inclement weatherThey allot for this when the prices are set in WV.
Please keep in mind you have a current past due balance of $46.87, we will be happy to take a pyment by phone for $8.00,or you may pay online at www.wm.com at no additional charge.
