I do not believe that it is fair
that I, personally, would have to take the carts to the dumpster in my small
car (I am also a senior citizen.) Waste Management only delivered its
carts on July with the understanding that its first pickup of trash would be
July -- it did not pick up my trash on July 3. I called them numerous
times to try to resolve this issue -- they only wanted to cancel this
account. Therefore, I believe this a bait and switch policy of theirs,
they baited me and then they refused to carry out services -- cancellation was
my only option. I have just started service with them. Therefore, I
should not owe Waste Management any monies to pick up their own trash cans
and/or misrepresentation of their impossible service. In fact, they
should owe me -- I am a Senior, who has endured a great deal of stress and pain
and time that I had to allocate huge amounts of time and work towards locating
the Revdex.com location (no one in Waste Management (***) could give me their
Headquarters location). After consulting
with the Revdex.com in Nebraska, I was finally given the information and then all the
time and work to file and answer the Complaint with Revdex.com so that I could try to
resolve this Ridiculous Issue. Since then, I have also discovered many
negative reviews given online about Waste Management and how it has mistreated
other customers. Therefore, I believe that I owe them nothing. In the final analysis, though, I believe I
should be entitled to at least $*** for the stress, pain and suffering and the
amount of time and work that I have had to allocate towards resolving this
