I asked Lisa on 3-to mail me a copy of this per said contract that was signed by *** in and she said "she would be glad to mail me one" however as of today 4-that per said contract has not been received I would further like to point out my rates would just increase anytime during the year and there were several times Waste Management failed to pick up our garbage. My dumpster was picked up on 3-

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint I have only received one email from our account manager in regards to the matter of our contractI have been out of the office and only today been able to review her new purposed contractThis contract is not competitive whatsoever with any like businesses that service our areaI still feel the trapped in a contract we were misadvised about and unable to at least match competitors rates as well as trying to have us sign a new contract for years hardly seems to resolve anything. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint On April 6th I was contacted multiple times to state that my recycling was finally picked up (a week and a day late)Today, (Apr12th of 2016) my recycling was supposed to be picked upIt was not.I was told I would be contacted by agents to confirm that it was picked upI was not.Your offer of a month and a week of credit for 2+ months of issues is unacceptableI'll be contacting WM in the morning to see if I can hopefully get someone to pick up the recyclingA service I have paid for and do not receive

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint We're going to have to use the Revdex.com site and format to communicate with one another Waste Management as a company had the chance to discuss this multiple times and they were very rude yelling at more than one person by more than one person, myself being ex-military I do not deal with disrespect and I will run it up my chain of command if I need toAll I ask is it everyone asks like a person and responds with comments as likeThat being said we're not looking for a monetary resolution to this although it's kind of hard to see any other type of resolution we will be awaiting your offer

The city of *** confirmed that our *** customers are notified in advance before liens are processed and placedWaste Management mailed out a reminder letter that your account was days past due and an invoice at days
In addition the invoice included a past due reminder on the face of the invoice, as well as, a bill backer explaining when balances are due and the process that is taken if past due balances are not paidA bill backer is included on every quarter's invoice due to the contractual obligation with the City of ***Furthermore, a letter was sent from the City advising you may contest the lien at a preliminary City hearing, providing the date & time, and a Council hearing, providing the date & time
We understand your frustration regarding the lien that has been placed on your property and have documented your concernsPlease accept our apologies for the frustration caused by this situation
