The requested 7/13/Switch Out and Do Not Return service were scheduled for the WM Mankato Hauling SiteDue to staffing, the site could not complete the workA call was placed to the District Manager asking for support on servicing your containersRoute Supervisor, Marshall, was contacted to determine if he had a driver that could complete the Switch Out so you would have an empty container as scheduled on 7/13/A qualified driver had just completed his assigned route and was assigned to the Switch Out that was completed on 7/13/A call was placed to you to apologize for the delay on the Do Not Return service and to confirm that the requested Switch Out would occur as scheduled on 7/13/
The resulting service failure was limited to a delayed removal (DNR) of 1-yard that was completed on 7/14/While this may have created a “space” issue, this would not have provided an empty containerAll requested Switch Out’s were completed on the requested days of serviceAt this time no credit adjustments are due to you

After researching our internal records, you called multiple times regarding the overage and the reactivation chargesOur agents continued to credit your account and explained how to avoid the charges, as we would no longer be able to adjust the chargesThe total amount of credits issued is *** and attached is a breakdown of dates the credits were issued to your account. have introductory rates for new customers and then prices increase after the initial yearThis is a way for companies to gain business; however, in order for companies to stay in business they do have to increase ratesWaste Management may not be the cheapest hauler, but we do provide the best service
*** *** *** signed a Service Agreement ("Agreement") with Waste Management in which the agreement took effect on July 24, for thirty-six (36) monthsPursuant to Section of the Term, the term of this Agreement is set forth on the service summary sheetThe initial term of the agreement is for thirty-six (36) months and Agreement automatically renews for an additional twelve (12) months renewal term if *** *** *** does not notify Waste Management in a written notice of termination at least (90) days, but not more than one hundred eighty (180) days, per Section of the termination of the then-existing termPlease see attached Service Agreement
*** *** *** failed to give Waste Management notice of termination within Section 2's allotted time periodTherefore, the Agreement automatically renewed for an additional 12-months
