I submitted for a Chinese *** on Feb *, I was charged I applied for a multi-entry *** with my planned visit for June I included my *** invite, my airline itinerary, and my hotel reservation for these datesI received a one-time *** for entry prior to May I contacted the company and was told to resubmit and repayI reached twice by phone and times by email without resolutionI would like a refund
