Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint The problem is there deceptive behaviorthey hide behind terms and conditions that provide no way for a company to get out from under them and cancel with out a hefty fee...a customer should be able to cancel with written notice at any time...They have increased the price multiple times a year which there terms say they can only have a price increase once a year...certain rates were to be capped at certain percentages and they have exceeded that...they are now charging us times the fair market price and because we would like to cancel they would like to reduce the rate?...so instead of being a fair company and charge a fair rate they will raise the price until you say something...why would you want to screw a customer for a short period of time with a high price and deceptive business practices then be fair to your customer and keep them long term?...we have sent the following attached letter to cancel our service validating that our contract is null and void and they have also violated there terms and conditions is the contract was to be valid in the first place Regards, [redacted]
Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint In both of the suspension of service, I was not sent bill or notice that I owed on my account I didn't complain of the service I that time Also, why was I bill in December and ended up owing I started with a credit and already paid my annual service in 11/23.That being said, attached are my April and August statement showing credit and reason for them Are you stating that the statements you sent out are incorrect I don't know how your system works but the two statements I have attached shows what is appropriately owed to me Any less is unacceptable Regards, [redacted]
