Upon review of our records, your invoice email notification for April billing was sent out on March 31, 2016. At times these emails may fall into spam foldersWe encourage customers to check these folders if invoices are not received via regular email. In addition, the *** ** *** provides written notices to all the property owners of any delinquent payments
The *** ** *** confirmed they mailed out a notification of past due amount on May 5, The city also issued an administrative charge of $for the delinquent payment
