Upon thorough review of your account, we suspended service on 9/15/for nonpaymentOn 9/23/we received your payment of $158.85; reactivated your account. On 10/01/we invoiced $for reactivating your account and 12/01/we invoiced you for $for you quarterly invoiceHowever your account canceled on 12/30/2014; our billing prorated the December invoice for $We did not receive a payment and you were invoiced a $late charge on 03/01/2015, leaving a remaining balance of $Therefore the charges were valid; please accept our apologies for the frustration caused by this situation

I had an excellent experience with ItsEasy while obtaining a Chinese Visa to travel this summer for a short term school tripThis company made a very stressful process much more bearableI want to point out that I chose this company as opposed to other Visa processing companies because of their long history in business and their A+ Revdex.com rating/accreditationSimilar companies did not have the backing of Revdex.com or were much more expensiveI needed to be sure this was going to be a painless process as I am on a time crunch to head to China, and on a budget! I would like to highlight a couple things that made me a happy customer while completing this process:
Amazing customer service!
This is what sells me on a companyI want to know that I am a respected customer and that my business is appreciatedItsEasy has a 24/customer service team that was quick to answer and help with general questionsI called about 5-times during the document preparation process for various reasons and was satisfied each and every timeOne time the lady could not answer my question because it was too specific, and she simply forwarded it onto a specialist and I had an answer in less than hoursYou also can track the status of your order on their website while it is processing through the consulateCheaper than the others!
I was on a week time crunch so I could use the processing time, which showed days to process, making it approximately weeks from day sent out to day receivedI even got it earlier (discussed later)! They charge a service fee of $for standard processing, as opposed to a minimum $for similar companiesIn all it cost me $with consulate fee, service fee, and express shippingThis is cheaper than their competitors!
Photo option!
The Chinese embassy has very specific photo requirements, even more than the passport photo requirementsThis caused a hiccup in the process as I initially went to both *** and *** and neither were able to give me a picture specific to those guidelinesI called ItsEasy and asked them what I should do to get the picture and they informed of their iPhone app that you take the picture on after you submit the order, and it attaches right to your order for FREE! This saved $easy right there on the pictureNot to mention I could take the photo on their app AT HOME and then they cut and size it and attach it to your paperworkHuge feature that helped me immenselyThat speed, though!
Even though I paid for the standard processing time, I got my Visa back by express *** exactly days after dropping it off at ***! All of this without a single issue!
I now have passport in hand with Visa and could not be more satisfied with my choiceNo more stressing for me!
I know it may seem like this is a bogus review or that I am somehow benefit from my kind words but that is not the case! I simply admire great customer service and figure I can take the minutes to share, in hopes it can help someone elseEspecially because usually only unhappy people leave reviews, causing skewed dataIf you need any passport or visa services, I would certainly choose ItsEasy!

Apparently rather than actually offering your customers good customer service and providing a quality experience you are only interested in raping your customers out of money and tricking them into long term contractsWe are requesting a termination of contract at no additional cost to usWe did not ask to ADD the recycling service we asked for it to replace the trash serviceIF you are willing to do that we are willing to accept that as a resolutionYour contract and sales person stated that we could change our service at any time if neededAlso, you were made aware of the damage to our fenceI challenge Waste Management to be a company of integrity instead of using dirty tricks to trap a customer without their knowledge
