I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint
The response from the company is to review records? Waste Management has failed to pick up trash for me and my entire neighborhood for two weeks The last time I had trash collected was three weeks ago I now have trash in my garage because there is no more room for it I fail to understand why the company cannot immediately find out that their management in the State of *** has failed to have anyone working for two straight weeks now.I understand we have had a couple of days of snow but that has not stopped anyone my neighborhood from having to go to work, the postman still works, other trash collection companies have picked up their customers trash in our neighborhood, plumbers, electricians have all been working in our neighborhood and by the way this is *** ***..news flash, it snow here If snow is going to shut this company down then I suppose I shouldn't expect trash deliver from January to March every year.The answer from this company is pretty much the standard level of customer service we all expect when trying to email or call them, no answer Our neighborhood has asked the town of *** for a special session of the city counsel to request the revocation of this company's license to operate in the city.How about this as a solution, I will come and dump three weeks worth of trash in your CEO's garage and see if you need to review your records before someone cleans it up

They actually picked up the trash on the scheduled day. However, I still need a credit issued for the missed pickup on **/and I would like a full credit for the incomplete pickup on **/or an explanation of how the $credit was calculated. I would also like some credit issue for the trash bags I had to use during those weeks due to the trash can not being picked up

Upon review of your account, our operations team confirmed that we serviced your trash and a route supervisor contacted you. Our driver was alerted to the situation to ensure service without interruption going forwardBecause you are a valued customer, I adjusted your October invoice leaving a zero balance. Your next invoice will be due in January
