This letter is in response to Revdex.com Case# ***
*** *** signed a Service Agreement (“Agreement”) with Waste
Management of Texas, Inc(“Waste Management”) which t*** effect on October 01, Pursuant to Section of the Agreement, the initial term of the agreement is for twenty-four (24) months and the Agreement automatically renews for an additional twelve (12) month renewal term if Mr*** does not give Waste Management notice of termination ninety (90) days before the expiration of the initial termMr*** failed to give Waste Management notice of termination within Section 2’s allotted time periodTherefore, the Agreement automatically renewed for an additional twelve month term on October 1,
Although the Agreement automatically renewed for an additional twelve month term, Mr*** elected to cancel the Agreement; per Section of the Agreement, Mr*** will contractually owe liquidated damages (most recent monthly charges multiplied by three months)
Waste Management and Mr*** did not come to a mutual agreement and we cancelled his account on February 13, 2015. Attached please find a copy the Liquidated Damages letter and service agreement

I wanted to take this opportunity to most importantly, apologize for your recent service experienceWe take these concerns very seriously and will immediately take
action to correct them
The $resume charge on your invoice is a one-time charge to cover the costs of reinstating services on your accountWhenever an account is put on hold due to non-payment, and then later reinstated, there are costs associated with the re-mapping of routes and notification of drivers, which are not built into our regular ratesThis charge is referred to on all our invoicesAs a one-time courtesy, I issued a credit to waive the chargeWe recommend setting up auto pay at WM.com to avoid any future reactivation charges

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint
As I was helping my mother with these details, I never saw an invoice, it was charged to her credit card. I should of been informed when I called to cancel. I never was! If I would of been told, I would of kept the service for an additional period instead of arranging for other disposal options for what we had left
