providing exceptional and reliable customer service
On February 10, 2016, you contacted Waste Management to set up service at the address *** *** *** *** *** When you started your service, your monthly base rate was $plus fuel, environmental, and taxesYou began service in the middle of the billing cycle, therefore your first invoice was prorated, which also included a one-time schargeYour invoices are generated every four months, and every year there is a price increase, in January 2017, you received your first increaseYour monthly base rate went from $to $per month plus taxesPlease visit our website at www.wm.com to view your past invoices
On April 18, 2016, your account was suspended for non-paymentWe received your first payment in August of 2016, and your account was reactivatedWe invoiced you on September 1, 2016, which incurred a reactivation charge and finance charges and a prorationWe received a payment on October for that proration bill. We invoiced you December 1, 2016, and did not receive payment, which caused the account to be suspended againWe received your payment on March 1, 2017, and invoiced again in March which included the April invoice and past due amounts totaling ***, which included a reactivation charge, finance charges and a re-delivery charge of $40.00, which was creditedAs of May 23, 2017, the account was suspended for non-payment, leaving a prorated balance of *** Please accept our apologies for the frustration caused by this situation.

This letter is in response to your Revdex.com complaint # *** regarding your request to cancel your accountI sincerely apologize for any frustration you may have experienced
Account Manager Christopher confirmed he spoke to you on February 14,
2017, and tried to negotiate a lower rate and you declined and requested to cancel your account.
In reviewing your service agreement, *** *** signed a Service Agreement ("Agreement") with Waste Management which took effect on February 15, for thirty-six (36) monthsPursuant to Section of the Term, the term of this Agreement is set forth on the service summary sheetThe initial term of the agreement is for thirty-six (36) months and Agreement automatically renews for an additional thirty-six (36) months renewal term if *** *** does not notify Waste Management on a certified letter of termination at least (90) days, but not more than one hundred eighty (180) days, per Section of the termination of the then-existing term. Please see attached Service Agreement
*** *** failed to give Waste Management notice of termination within Section 2's allotted time-periodTherefore, the agreement automatically renewed for an additional 36-months. He may still elect to cancel the Agreement; per Section of the agreement, and he will contractually owe liquidated damages for early termination
