According to our records we do not have a singed copy of a new contract beginning in August of Our contract expired in August of and at that time went to a month to month agreement unless someone signed a new agreement and didn't tell us, we have no record of a newly signed agreement Additionally, Mike S*** a manager at that location did ask the girl who no longer works for you to cancel service and the call supervisor told me he could not access those calls that Mike made all he could do is look at the notes in our file At any rate, unless you can produce a signed contract beginning in August of 2014, we are not under contract with you and are unwilling to do business with you any further Cristal M C***
