They basically just told me to go take a long walk off a short pier Obviously, that is not acceptable I have also filed a complaint with the City of Milwaukie The Finance Director has informed me that they will be contacting their liaison to resolve this issue I have sent a note to City Management requesting the WM agreement for the City not be renewed again and have outlined my ongoing issue with WM over the years We have many local trash providers in the City who provide much better service for a lower cost

In response to your last comment, ** *** *** signed a Service Agreement ("Agreement") with Waste Management which took effect on October 23, for sixty (60) monthsPursuant to Section of the Agreement, the initial term of the agreement is for sixty (60) months and Agreement automatically renews for an additional twelve (12) months renewal term if ** *** *** does not notify Waste Management in a written notice of termination at least (90) days, but not more than one hundred eighty (180) days, per Section of the termination of the then-existing term** *** *** failed to give Waste Management notice of termination within Section 1's allotted time periodTherefore the Agreement automatically renewed for an additional 12-month and continued to do so until your recent call to us on September 30,

In regards to the transaction of $into your checking account, please send proof Waste Management caused you to receive bank fees and I will be happy to look into the matter further
