I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me While a appreciate the balance on account being zeroed out, it remains concerning to me the level of disrespect, lack of customer service, fines we recieved from the city (because of WM inability to honor our contract) and their nonchaluent dismissal of the contract they had with us After weeks of begging for service, we were "fired" without any notice for a bogus reason. I remain frustrated and insulted by these events. *** ***

I wanted to take this opportunity to most importantly, apologize for your recent service experienceWe take these concerns very seriously and will immediately take action to
correct them
Craig *** signed a Service Agreement ("Agreement") with Waste Management which took effect on March 20, for thirty-six (36) monthsPursuant to Section of the Agreement, the initial term of the agreement is for thirty-six (36) months and Agreement automatically renews for an additional thirty- six (36) months renewal term if Craig *** does not notify Waste Management in a written notice of termination at least (90) days, but not more than one hundred eighty (180) days, per Section of the termination of the then-existing termPlease see attached Service Agreement
Craig *** failed to give Waste Management notice of termination within Section 2's allotted time periodTherefore the Agreement automatically renewed for an additional 36-months
Craig *** can still elect to cancel the Agreement; per Section of the Agreement, will contractually owe liquidated damages for early termination

In response to your last comment, we do not have the two invoices in questionAccount Manager Christopher did mention that he sent you an option letter for early termination and on the letter it did state the liquidated damages of $In addition it listed that you would receive a final invoice for the removal and any outstanding balance you owe on the accountHowever, after reviewing your account we did not charge you the removal charge

The Route Manager has reached out several times and has left several messages for you to return his call to begin the claims process and we’ve also made attempts to contact you from the Corporate Office, also leaving messagesWe are still waiting for your reply to begin reviewing the damage that occurred to your driveway during delivery
Once Waste Management’s corporate office received your complaint we immediately contacted our local Route Manager to reach out to you to begin the claims processPlease return the Route Managers call as soon as possible to begin resolving your dispute for damages
