Upon review of your account, we backdated your cancellation effective 12/29/2015 leaving a credit of $4.87 on your account. I submitted a credit for $2.34 for the week you did not receive service. Your account will reflect a credit of $7.21 and I submitted a request to mail out your refund. Please accept our apologies for the frustration caused by this situation.

Waste Management bills quarterly in advance, we invoiced Mrs. [redacted] at the end of May 2016, for June July & August. Her account was cancelled effective June 30, 2016, one month into the billing cycle. At this time, no refund is due.

After reviewing your account, our records show your account was suspended on 11/03/14 for non-payment. Our records show the only call made to report any service issues was 11/12/2014. We charge removal fees to every subscription customer for the removal of the WM carts, as there are costs involved to operate our trucks.
Per the refund request, as stated on your September invoice by you paying you agreed to forfeit any prepayment if you terminated your services early. If you would like we can resume your services for the remaining period and waive the reactivation fees. Please accept our apologies for the frustration caused by this situation.

Hello [redacted],
In response to your last comment, our agent, Kourtni, offered to remove the charge and explained the overage procedure, which you declined, asking to then cancel your account. She also explained that you are in a signed Sales Agreement with Waste Management, and explained the early termination charges that would occur if your choice is to cancel. In regards to your price increase, the account rate started in 2008 at $24.25 per month and is currently at 38.04 per month. Per Section four (4) of Agreement, Company reserves the right to increase the charges payable by customer during the Term.

Thank you so much - I was a customer for over 20 years and was shocked at what the woman on the phone said to me. that was so unlike any other communication I ever had from Waste Management. So happy this is settled
