I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.
I have acknowledged that waste management has received my complain, and will be waiting for their reply. I also went to the Church and pulled out the bags of garbage on top, removed cardboard boxes that were on the bottom of the dumpster, and flattened them so that all garbage could fit into dumpster with the lids closed. That was on the 20th of [redacted], almost 2 weeks after it was suppose to be picked-up, and all the garbage fit into the dumpster. That's almost 13 days more full of garbage and it all fit in to the dumpster. I even took pictures of the before and after of the dumpster.

I wanted to take this opportunity to most importantly, apologize for any frustrations concerning your service. We take these concerns very seriously...
and will immediately take action to correct them.
Upon further research, [redacted] signed a Service Agreement (“Agreement”) with Waste Management which took effect on May 1, 2014. . Pursuant to Section 2 of the Term, the term of this Agreement is set forth on the service summary sheet. The initial term of the agreement is for twenty-four (24) months and Agreement automatically renews for an additional twelve (12) months renewal term if [redacted] does not notify Waste Management in a written notice of termination at least (90) days, but not more than one hundred eighty (180) days, per Section 2 of the termination of the then-existing term. This period will be between November 2, 2016 and January 31, 2017. Please see attached Service Agreement.
[redacted] can still elect to cancel the Agreement; per Section 7 of the Agreement, will contractually owe liquidated damages for early termination.

Dear Jodi Kopanski,
This letter is in response to the above-mentioned Revdex.com complaint.
[redacted] signed a Service Agreement with Waste Management of Ohio, Inc. which took effect on April 1, 2011. Pursuant to Section 2 of the Agreement, the initial term of the agreement is for thirty-six (36) months and the Agreement automatically renews for an additional thirty-six (36) month renewal term if [redacted] does not give Waste Management notice of termination ninety (90) days before the expiration of the initial term. [redacted] failed to give Waste Management notice of termination within Section 2’s allotted time period. Therefore, the Agreement automatically renewed for an additional three year term on April 1, 2014.
Although the Agreement automatically renewed for an additional three year term, [redacted] can still elect to cancel the Agreement; however, per Section 7 of the Agreement, [redacted] will contractually owe liquidated damages (most recent monthly charges multiplied by three months) and removal charges.
