Management provided service from May 1, 2016, through June 30, 2016, and billed you for the time we serviced your home in the amount of $29.68. This amount has been zeroed out with nothing due on your Waste Management account. Any additional billing disputes with the previous hauler would need to be addressed with them.

I received a reply from the business in which I complained. The message states they waived a fee they placed on me to restart my service but they should not have charged me in the first place. I was not delinquent, they are not posting monies paid on my account. They are saying they waived a delinquent about but my account does not show I had a delinquency. I paid $75 the last of Sept in increments of $25 paying the last Oct 6 my balance says $0. Their records do not show that payment but yet they say I was delinquent in payments. They suspended my service until I paid an additional $50 something in which I borrowed to do so and paid last night because I don't want my trash disrupted but I don't think it was right.
I was told yesterday I had a balance and I said but my records don't reflect a balance that I had paid the bill I had received. The person stated it was waived but I needed to pay $55 to get my service going again in which I said what about the $75 I just paid for my last invoice and she said well you had a balance in which I replied but I thought you said it was waived so how could you have waived a balance that my records don't show, take the $75 don't show record of that payment and say I still owe $50 something?
This makes absolutely no sense.
Bills for waste management are paid in quarterly increments and you are sent a sticker to display for their workers to see you have paid. My sticker posted is for July, August, Sept and ended Sept.
I received a bill end of Sept for $75 and I paid it. I received confirmation from them also my credit card statement reflects payment.
I was waiting for my new sticker for Oct, Nov, Dec which the $75 should have covered but they disconnected me for what they said was delinquency and I am trying to figure out how I can be delinquent in a months time of paying my invoice and paying in a timely manner.
Not only did they discontinue but are saying they are going to charge me a fee to reinstate but will waive but I need to pay.
This is true deceptive billing practices and bamboozlement at it's worst form

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution unfortunate that it has taken nearly 4 months. the companies response is no different from what I have been told over the phone for the past 3 months. Acceptance is relative to the actions of Waste Management going forward. Thank you Revdex.com for providing an additional avenue to call poor customer relations and service by Waste Management.

WM claims I made no further complaints. That is completely false. I complained many times. I had this same conversation with a rep there (one of the complaints) who claimed there were no notes INCLUDING even this very complaint through Revdex.com. Then they looked further and found lots of notes. WM has failed to provide remotely consistent service and it is outrageous that they are demanding full payment, based solely on their sporadic inability to find their own notes.

Because your method of payment was a credit card Waste Management could not issue you a paper check. This is 100% unacceptable that a person has to lodge a complaint here at Revdex.com to get any movement on a problem. I like many are forced into using WM by the city they live in. WM is a horrid company that lies and cheats its customers. The only response I will accept is paying me the money owed!
