Dear Kathleen Quinn,
This response is in reference to the complaint you filed against Waste Management. 
Per your request I called you to discuss your complaint in detail, our records indicate on December 28, 2015 you spoke to our customer service representative named [redacted] for approximately six minutes. [redacted] advised you of the $35.00 set up charge and the $30.00 delivery charge. [redacted] explained in detail the different size containers and pricing to include extra cost for additional trash cans and recycle service and fuel and environmental charges.
On December 30, 2015 you spoke to [redacted] and explained you received an email stating you would receive a return call to fulfill your new service request. [redacted] explained a return call may take up to two weeks after your initial request to set up service. [redacted] offered to set up your account and waive the $35.00 set up charge and explained our $30.00 delivery charge will not be waived. You requested to speak to a supervisor and she explained a supervisor was not immediately available and a supervisor would return your call, the phone call was terminated.
When we spoke I offered to waive the $35.00 set up charge and you mentioned you went with a different provider (Republic).

First, they have "corrected" this account three times already and the start of the next business week it will be back to the due amount. How am I to believe that this "correction" will stay in the account when a. the first 3 have note and b. the response letter is a lie and/or another direct violation as I have received no correspondence in writing other than their reply to you and no call on my cell--and, as indicated in my initial complaint, if they called me to harass me about their issues during the workday  that may be another lawsuit. AT THIS POINT THE ONLY ACCEPTABLE RESOLUTION IS A FORMAL, WRITTEN, AND MAILED BY USPS LETTER VERIFYING OWNERSHIP OF THEIR CONTINUING TECHNICAL PROBLEMS AND MISTAKES AND THE CORRECTIONS TO MY ACCOUNT AND AN ASSURANCE OF FUTURE CORRECT STATUS OF THE ACCOUNT WITHOUT FURTHER DAMAGES IN STRESS AND LOST WAGES TO ME TO CORRECT FOR THEM.

Upon researching your account, there was a market area delay; therefore your bag was not scheduled for removal. However, your bag is now on the schedule for tomorrow; please allow five business days for the bag to be removed. In addition a 50% discount applied to your order for service failure.
