I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.
The response does not address my main issue; why our monthly rate has increased almost every month. Our contract states we are to pay $133.00 per month. If we were being charged what the contract states we would not ask to cancel.

address your concerns. At Waste Management, we are committed to providing exceptional and reliable customer service. We have taken the appropriate action to identify the cause of the error and prevent this experience from occurring in the future.
On November 10, 2016, an invoice was posted and issued to you in the amount of $149.66. This invoice includes fuel and environmental charges, which are costs to service and maintain our equipment and our landfill, and is included in all of our services. This charge would normally be added on the original invoice of $520.00, but was sent in a separate invoice. We truly appreciate your business and will make sure we do everything we can to exceed your expectations in the future.

No action of resolution provided. I didn't agree to being charged for commercial services, I was never told that I was charged for commercial services during my time as a customer; it was brought to my attention when I called to cancel services. Also did not address the status of refund of my over payment that was promised to me upon cancellation because I had overpaid on the account.

After reviewing our internal records, you called multiple times to report the service issues. We reached out to our operations and our Route Manager William confirmed he did a site check yesterday and determined you needed a larger container.
We reached out to our Sales team and Account Manager George confirmed he is meeting with you today to increase your services to a roll off dumpster.
