I never stated how old the container was, WM did. Which proves to me they have/had the container in their possession. This being known, they should be able verify this container's size and features.

On January 18, 2017, you contacted Waste Management to request pictures of...
3 container overage snapshots taken January 3, 10 and 17, 2017. You discussed cancellation and were advised you were in a 3-year contract. Sales representative Christian offered to work with you by offering to credit the overage charges if you increased container size, which would eliminate future overage charges, and you declined the offer and requested to cancel your account.
In reviewing your service agreement, [redacted] signed a Service Agreement ("Agreement") with Waste Management which took effect on June 23, 2016 for thirty-six (36) months. [redacted] can still elect to cancel the Agreement; per Section 7 of the Agreement, he will contractually owe liquidated damages for early termination.
On February 13, 2017, a Liquidation Damages letter was sent to you and your account will be cancelled within the next 24 hours, with the container removed within the next 3 to 5 business days.

We have completed the review of your canceled account & the current balance of $310.94. We determined the prorations that were applied did not fully cover the rate your account was billed at for the October 2015 year invoice, which billed prior to the cancellation date of 11/21/2015.
The account reflects a canceled status as of the above mentioned date. An adjustment has been inserted on the canceled account totaling $259.46, which includes the two finance/late charges. This adjustment is to ensure the account is charged for Oct-Nov 2015 services including the fuel/environmental and regulatory charges only. The adjustment may take 24-48 business hours to apply and reflect an updated balance. Once the adjustment is applied the balance due will be $51.48. The breakdown of the $51.48 charge for Oct-Nov 2015 is as follows:
$39.60 service charge
$10.13 fuel/environmental charge
$1.75 regulatory charge
We are unable to send another invoice with an updated balance, as invoices are auto generated through our system each bill cycle for active accounts. However, we will be able to send a screenshot of the updated balance for your records once the adjustment applies. I would like to be credited $45 for the setup charge and the administrative charge. Those are the two charges that should be told to a possible customer when they first call for a quote.
