Thank you for reaching out to Waste Management in regards to your recent service experience. David confirmed that you spoke today in regards to your account. The account is currently at a 0 balance and paid thru the end of April 2016.
Upon review of your account, the account was cut-off for non-payment on January 29, 2016. At that point, the last payment we received from you was on October 14, 2015, for $169.00. This payment paid for services from September thru the end of October 2015, as you are invoiced every two months.  We did not receive a payment for your November 2015 invoice and your January 2016 invoice. Due to no payment was received this caused your account to become suspended.
We received a payment of $126.13 on March 9, 2015 and we issued a credit for $78.50. We issued an additional credit of $41.87 on March 23, 2016; this brought your account to a 0 balance. Total credit issued to your account for $120.37, this credit covers 3 months of service and a finance charge for late payment. Two months of credit were issued due to non-service and an additional month of credit was also issued. Your account is set up for paperless invoices that are being sent to [redacted]

exceptional and reliable customer service and have taken the appropriate action to identify the cause and to prevent this experience from occurring in the future.
After reviewing our internal records, you called on April 11, 2017, to dispute your January invoice, stating you canceled services effective December 2016.  We do not have any documentation of a cancel request, and the account canceled on February 23, 2017 for non-payment. Since it is documented that the driver did not service your container since January 1, 2017, we have backdated your cancel date to December 31, 2016, leaving a zero balance on the account. Our agent, [redacted], will follow up on the account to ensure the balance is at zero. Again, please accept our apologies for the frustration caused by this situation.

Waste Management to cancel your account due to service issues. Upon reviewing your account, there were three service delays, on November 30, 2016, December 20, 2016 and January 13, 2013, and each time we recovered. Per your refund request, at the time you requested to cancel, our agent advised you of the no refund policy and you continued with the cancellation. On your invoices, it states you are paying for a subscription service and cancelling your service early results in forfeit of your prepayment. If you would like we can resume your services for the remaining period.

After researching our internal records, on May 16, 2017, you called Waste Management to schedule a bulk pickup for a sofa and footstool. Our agent advised you the items would be picked up on May 17, 2017. Our operations closed the ticket as completed. You called your local office on May 18, 2017, to report the items were not picked up. In addition, you emailed the Corporate Office regarding the miss. Upon review of your account I show you made a payment of $95.86 Confirmation #[redacted] which brought your account current leaving you a credit balance of $57.30. Per our internal collection agency [redacted], we report to the credit bureau once the unpaid balance sits for 60 days, your account only sat for 12 days. Per our phone conversation you mentioned you would check your credit to see if we are reporting you as delinquent and follow up with me via email any pertinent information you locate.
