The Revdex.com has contacted us to let us know about the complaint you filed against Waste Management. I apologize that you experienced issues with your request to cancel service and appreciate the opportunity to address the problem.
[redacted] signed a Service Agreement (“Agreement”) with Waste Management which took effect on Mach 16, 2014 for twenty- four (24) months. Pursuant to Section 2 of the Agreement the initial term of the agreement is for twenty-four (24) months. Please see attachment.
[redacted] can still elect to cancel the Agreement; per Section 5 of the Agreement, will contractually owe liquidated damages for early termination. [redacted] has valid agreement with Waste Management until 3/16/16. Account can be canceled as of 4/30/2015; carts will be removed within 5 business days. [redacted] will be billed $151.80 for liquidated damages for early termination per the agreement and cart removal charge of $40 plus taxes and fees.

committed to providing exceptional and reliable customer service, and the experience you received does not reflect our standards. We have taken the appropriate action to identify the cause and to prevent this experience from occurring in the future.
Upon researching your account, you called multiple times to report that we have not removed the containers. Our agents advised you they are scheduled for removal, however, our operations continued to change the date without notifying anyone. We reached out to our operations and they confirmed the containers were removed yesterday. I want to apologize again for not meeting your expectations as your service provider and have forwarded your concerns to the local call center managers for additional training and or coaching of our customer service representatives.

As far as I am concerned no more communication is necessary as they do not want to refund my money. Waste Management has poor business practices and do not care for their customers! They breached their contract with us and refuse to make it right. We are done wasting our time with Waste Management! We are glad to be rid of the headache!!

Each package purchased from the retailers contains the instructions for setup and the terms and conditions, for further information call Bagster [redacted] or visit the website [redacted]. There are many videos, on this page, one of which is titled “Bagster Bag Collection.” In this video, it does advise on the main page of the bagster.com website itself, under the “Price it and buy it link”. Upon reviewing your service agreement, it does not state that you were set at a fixed rate for two years. Per section 4 of the service agreement, Company reserves the right to increase the charges payable by Customer during the term.
Regarding your phone call and emails, we understand your frustration and are sorry to hear about this experience. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know and have forwarded your concerns to the call center supervisors for additional training and or coaching of our customer service representatives.
