I apologize that you experienced issues with the delivery of your containers and appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns. At Waste Management, we...

are committed to providing exceptional and reliable customer service, and have taken the appropriate action to identify the cause and to prevent this experience from occurring in the future.
 
Your wife called on March 29, 2017, to setup services, and was advised of a delivery date for containers of 10 to 15 business days, which would have been no later than April 19, 2017.  You called again on April 12 to report that the containers have not been delivered. We reached out to our operations team, and they confirmed the containers were delivered on April 18, 2017.  Per your credit request, we reached out to the city of Bluffton, and were advised that you are not billed for trash service.  Again, please accept our apologies for the frustration caused by this situation.

You did not make any payments on your account; you were charged finance fees for each month you did not pay the balance. On 01/01/15 your account balance was $101.54; on 1/2/2015 you made a partial payment of $35.68, leaving your account balance of $65.68.   Please accept our apologies for the frustration caused by this situation.

I am the only person in America with that address. My bill is paid through my water bill with [redacted]. I hope that helps you identify my account. My trash has since been picked up, however my full recycling bin has not. My recycling bin I use in my house and then later dump in the outside bin is now also full and I have nowhere else to put anymore recyclables.

[redacted] signed a Service Agreement (“Agreement”) with Waste Management which took effect on June 19, 2012 for thirty six (36) months. Pursuant to Section 2 of the Agreement the initial term of the agreement is for thirty-six (36) months and Agreement is set forth on the service summary sheet of this Agreement and shall automatically renew for an additional twelve (12) month renewal term, if [redacted] does not notify Waste Management in a written certified letter of termination, at least (90) days, but not more than one hundred eighty (180) days, per Section 2 of the termination of the then-existing term. Please see attachment.
[redacted] failed to give Waste Management notice of termination within Section 2’s allotted time period. Therefore the Agreement automatically renewed for an additional 12-months (12) ending on June 19, 2016.
[redacted] can still elect to cancel the Agreement; per Section 7 of the Agreement, will contractually owe liquidated damages for early termination. Please see attachment.
