I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. Simply put, again. The copies of the 2 invoices I am requesting are the copies of the actual invoices that got sent to my house at the end of my service with WM. First one only had $180.60 as a final bill stated on it nothing more. The next invoice was under $10.00, believe to be $6.00. Not new invoices with numbers and back dates on them. The actual copies of the 2 invoices in dispute.

See Below, in addition I attached your invoice for January. “Please note your service rate has increased for services covered on your current or next invoice. Your new service rate may be based on any number of factors, including adjustments to cover increases in the Consumer Price Index (now tied to the Water, Sewer, and Trash Collection CPI published by U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics), increased costs of servicing your account, such as disposal costs, or other costs specific to the waste industry, or for us to achieve acceptable operating margins. To the extent required by your customer service terms, your consent to your new service rate will be effective upon your invoice payment.” [redacted] requested to terminate the Agreement with Waste Management of Minnesota, Inc. and Waste Management of Minnesota, Inc. agreed to cancel your service effective March 04, 2016 and release [redacted] from liquidated damages. An adjustment of $431.83- was issued in good faith to lower the removal charges and remove the finance charges. exceptional and reliable customer service and have taken the appropriate action to identify the cause and to prevent this experience from occurring in the future.
After researching our internal records, you called multiple times regarding your rates. We offered to lower your rate and you declined and requested to cancel your account.
[redacted] Church signed a Service Agreement ("Agreement") with Waste Management, which took effect on January 1, 2015 for thirty-six (36) months. Pursuant to Section 2 of the Term, the term of this Agreement is set forth on the service summary sheet, which ends January 1, 2018. Please see attached Service Agreement.
[redacted] Church can still elect to cancel the Agreement; per Section 7 of the Agreement, will contractually owe liquidated damages for early termination.

I am rejecting this response because:
I would like to see a copy of a signed contract that says I agreed to that policy. I do not recall signing or seeing a policy that states that, it is not in any paperwork I have received from your company. I re-reviewed everything I have received to date to verify. I do not agree to pay you for a service I am not receiving, have asked to be cancelled for over a month and was not being performed correctly for several months prior to my cancellation of which your company was notified. Please give me the date and time the bins will be removed from my property I have now been asking for 32 days for their removal. I believe that is more than adequate time for you to arrange for them to be picked up. I would not call 4 unreturned phone calls "phone tag" and would appreciate you respecting my complaint against your company more than to call it that.

Nothing else to talk about here. We certainly do not agree. My complaint stands. Over charging a customer and a company CSR admitted it but management obviously does not see it or they do not want to see it. I did change service provider and still feel I was overcharged and the company refuses to make it right. Not worried about the money as much as I want other customers to see what Waste Management stands for. It is surly not a customer oriented business. I want the complaint to stand where others can see it please. A A+ rating with all these complaints tells me Revdex.com is not doing there job also.

My local Waste Management finally picked up my recycling bin Friday evening, after I had filed this complaint. I also received a very nice follow-up phone call of apology from their corporate office. My complaint is resolved.Thank you for helping me resolve my complaint.Sincerely,[redacted]
