Thank you for your patience while I researched your account, in regards to your service concerns, I alerted our operations management team and received confirmation they spoke to the driver to ensure you are not missed going forward. We ask that you have you container at curbside no later than 6am until 6pm or place your container out the night before. I will follow up with you for several weeks to ensure we provide scheduled service. Due to our service failure last week an adjustment was entered on your account and will reflect on your next invoice. She explained the cause for the overages and recommended an increase to your services to avoid any further overages charges. At this time, all charges are valid with no further credits. I understand you received a Snapshot charge of $12.00 on your current invoice. I can understand how frustrating it can be when you...

receive a bill larger than you expected. Thank you for accepting Tonya's call on July 03, and for the opportunity to explain our Snapshot program.
 
An overage charge is a  charge that is applied to your account when a driver documents an overloaded container, debris on top of the lids or outside of the container,or lids do not close completely. Our drivers record the incident and I attached a photo for your records.
 
You also had questions regarding our fuel charge, fuel charges are common in the waste and transportation industries, the rate we charge for fuel is based on the [redacted] weekly diesel price index.
