After researching our internal records, the balance of $135.95 is from January’s invoice and late charges. Account manager Michael [redacted] issued a credit for the late charges leaving a balance of $95.95. Please accept our apologies for the frustration caused by this situation.

Dear Mr. [redacted],
[redacted] signged a Service Agreement with Waste Management of Alabama, Inc. which took effect on January 31,2013. Pursuant to Section 2 of the Agreement, the initial term of the agreement is for thirty-six (36) months and the Agreement automatically renews for an additional twelve (12) month renewal term if [redacted] does not give Waste Management notice of termination ninety (90) days before the expiration of the initial term.  [redacted] failed to give Waste Management notice of termination within Section 2’s allotted time period. Therefore, the Agreement automatically renewed for an additional twelve months on February 1, 2016.

I submitted the correction to our billing and they confirmed your payment of $523.81 was reversed back to your [redacted] card ending in [redacted].
