In response to your last comment, attached is the email conversation between you and our account manager Trisha. Please note that the only request for cancellation was for the new proposal she sent, which you signed and returned to us. She advised you that nothing was submitted yet. You stated you wanted to leave the account as is. You then said you would call “in May to see if we can reach some sort of agreement”. Again, please accept our apologies for the frustration caused by this situation.

Waste Management, which exempted Fuel and Environmental charges for the term of the then Agreement. On March 7, 2017, Account Manager [redacted] confirmed he spoke to you and explained that the initial term ended and Agreement auto renewed, and Environmental charges were added.
Per Page 2 Section 4C, Company reserves the right to increase the Charges payable by Customer during the term (c) for any increase in or other modification to its fuel and environmental cost recover charges.

Management, we take these situations seriously and have taken the appropriate action to address the matter.
 
After reviewing our internal records, our driver has confirmed that the box of items was placed next to the container and was treated as trash. Your account was suspended as of May 23, 2017 due to non-payment of the past due balance of $67.25 and are standard service charges. Because of this, our driver would have not serviced your address since then and we do, however, have other customers on the same street. Additionally, our driver did report that a male driver was following him and, on one occasion during a stop, that driver exited the vehicle and walked toward our truck, then went back into his vehicle. Our agent, Raul, spoke with Ms. [redacted], who stated that her fiancé followed our driver when he did not stop at your location to service the trash. our GPS records confirm that we did not stop at your address. For these reasons, we will not issue a reimbursement or credits.

Waste management has not addressed the issue of refunding my money. Either for past services paid for and not rendered, and current and future services not received. Waste management requires their customers to pay in advance and I have paid for services currently from August 2016 until October2016.  I am requesting a refund of current payment and for the days from January 2016 until July 2016 that my trash was not picked up. on August 17, 2016 I called waste Management and asked to speak to Nancy [redacted] and she was not available and the person I spoke to said she had to research my compliant and speak to Nancy [redacted] and call me back. I am still waiting on that call.

you filed against Waste Management. I apologize that you experienced billing issues and appreciate the opportunity to address your concern.
On 10/01/2014 Waste Management invoiced you $140.39 for service period: Oct, Nov, Dec 2014 and the invoice included a $50.00 resume fee. After multiple attempts to contact you for payment your account was suspended on 12/02/2014 for nonpayment. You made a payment for $100.00 (at no charge) on 12/09/2014 which left you a balance of $40.39. You requested your account to be cancelled effective 12/20/2014, you carry a past due balance so we would not service you one last time prior to removing your can.
You currently owe a partial amount of the resume charge for the previous billing cycle, if you would like your container serviced one additional time a new $50.00 reactivation charge will be applied to your account. The reactivation charge is necessary to cover the administrative costs associated with restarting your account in our system and adding the routes back to your account.

Per our conversation, you confirmed the trash has been collected and the 32- gallon trash cart has been exchanged for a 64- gallon cart.  The account credited for 1 week of service and now has a credit of $24.02-.  I will follow up with you for the coming month to ensure that going forward; the collection is completed as a backyard service.  Please contact CWS for all recycling services and requests at 510-625-5263, as Waste Management does not service.

In reviewing your Service agreement,

Service Agreement ("Agreement") with Waste Management which took effect on August 17, 2012 for thirty-six (36) months. Pursuant to Section 2 of the Agreement, the initial term is for thirty-six (36) months and Agreement automatically renews for an additional thirty-six (36) months renewal term if [redacted] does not notify Waste Management on a certified letter of termination at least (90) days, but not more than one hundred eighty (180) days, per Section 2 of the termination of the then-existing term.  Please see attached Service Agreement.
 
[redacted] failed to give Waste Management notice of termination within Section 2's allotted time-period. Therefore, the agreement automatically renewed for an additional 36-months.  He may still elect to cancel the Agreement; per Section 7 of the agreement, and he will contractually owe liquidated damages for early termination.

I had a terrific experience consigning my 1970 [redacted] with Midwest Car Exchange. Mark is a real car enthusiast with many years of experience. He took the time to explain their consignment process and how they would market the car online and to their existing customer base. Most importantly, Mark was a big help in establishing a realistic asking price based upon the condition of the car, his experience and my expections.

To summarize my experience: Midwest Car Exchange did everything they said they would do.

However, we failed to invoice you on account#[redacted] for November and December. Therefore $39.33 was invoiced on our new account#[redacted]; your balance is $154.86.
March $39.33, April $57.70 and July $57.83.  Per the extra bag charge an adjustment was entered to credit the $3.55. Please accept our apologies for the frustration caused by this situation.

Please accept our apologies for the frustration caused by this situation.",  to mean that Waste Management's intent is to issue a refund to me for the amount of $114.46 in response to this Revdex.com complaint.
 
It saddens me that a company would not do right by the customer to begin with, but I am very grateful that the Revdex.com is available to assist in mediation to resolve such disputes.
