exceptional and reliable customer service and have taken the appropriate action to identify the cause and to prevent this experience from occurring in the future.
After researching our internal records, you began service with Waste Management on February 28, 2017. Your trash is serviced on Monday and Thursday, and our driver is noting your account that your container is not out for service.
Please place your container out at the curb from 6 am. to 6 p. m., to ensure our driver services. Please place your container out at the curb from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. to ensure service. In addition, our agent, Jeanne confirmed she spoke to Tara, and explain the process. Jeanne will continue to monitor your account for the next month to ensure we service. In regards to your last response, Route Manager [redacted] confirmed, he explained why our driver did not service your home. He stated your account was setup in our system incorrect; that you understood and were happy with his explanation. Per the two emails you sent online, I researched and cannot find. Upon research of your account, a credit applied in September for the reactivation charge. You then called in February and requested to have the reactivation charge waived again and the agent you spoke to agree to waive half. At this time there are no further credits due on the account, we recommend setting up auto pay at wm.com to avoid any future reactivation charges.
