We reached out to our operations, and they confirmed the removal was completed on 7/8/17. Our agent Jody, called to confirm the removal and was unsuccessful, and had to leave a message. exceptional and reliable customer service, and have taken the appropriate action to identify the cause and to prevent this experience from occurring in the future.
After reviewing our internal records, you called multiple times to report our driver missed your trash. Our agents notified operations, to have our driver go back and recover. Our driver went out to recover and was unable to service the container, due to being overloaded with kitty litter.
You disputed the container was not overloaded and requested our driver to go back and service. We reached out to have our route manager perform a site check and recover the trash.
To prevent future service issues, we offered, to increase the size of your container and you agreed. Your container is scheduled to be exchanged on, March 16, 2017. Again, please accept our apologies for any frustration this may have caused.

Per your request we canceled your account effective 8/19/2015 and schedule the removal of our container. However, because you are still in a service agreement with Waste Management, you will be invoiced the liquidated damages and the removal charges. please see attached service agreement. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. I request a FULL refund for the month of March. The amount you gave only include garbage fee, not recycling, taxes and state fees that go along with the monthly base rate. I do not appreciate being fleeced and made to still spay for your taxes and miscellaneous fees. The issues of removing you cans from my property was also not address. I want WM garbage and recycling containers removed/picked up promptly! Also not address was termination of service with a $0 balance. I expect Waste Manage to formally close my account reflecting a $0 balance. In review, again,1. Close my account2. Show a $0 balance as I have requested termination numerous times with no avail. I refuse to may for continued service I have asked to stop several times.3. I want your containers picked up promptly.4. FULL refund for month of March including fees and taxes.

This response gives no resolution to the problem. It just states that they are looking into it and I need to be patient while they try to resolve the issue. I've been patiently waiting for 3 weeks and this provides no insight as to how much longer I'm supposed to wait, what the issues are, how they will be made right, and when the delivery is going to be made.

In response to your last comment, Route Manager Randall confirmed he tried to speak to you today regarding service issues; you refused and hung up the phone. In addition, he stated the reason our driver did not service your home. Is that your street was under construction; it was unsafe for our driver to go onto the street. At this time there is nothing further we can do to resolve your complaint.

We have been begging Waste Management to send us a bill by mail, since they took over the garbage service from the town of [redacted], AZ. This has been over 3 years and we have to call them every month and beg someone to send us the bill. They keep telling us to go to auto pay and my response to that is; not in this life time. We tried paying it several months ahead and they raised the bill during that time and then raised the amount .34 cents, we never got a bill and didn't know it had raised. I found out when I called to ask for the next bill and they wanted to charge us $5.00 for a late fee we didn't know about. The town of [redacted], AZ does not have mail delivery and if they don't include the whole zip code we will not get the bill. My husband is legally blind and a severe diabetic, this on going problem keeps him upset every time he thinks about it, which effects his blood sugar. In short all I am asking is straighten out my address so I can pay the bill, what is so difficult about that. Its been 3 years and I am sick of calling every month.CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS George E.
