to multiple times, trying to propose a new rate. You declined and requested to cancel your service. 
[redacted] signed a Service Agreement ("Agreement") with Waste Management which took effect on January 1, 2012, for thirty-six (36) months. Pursuant to Section 2 of the Agreement, the initial term of the agreement is for thirty-six (36) months and Agreement automatically renews for an additional thirty- six (36) renewal term. If [redacted] does not notify Waste Management in a written notice of termination at least (90) days, but not more than one hundred eighty (180) days, per Section 2 of the termination of the then-existing term. Please see attached Service Agreement.
[redacted] failed to give Waste Management notice of termination within Section 2's allotted time-period. Therefore, the Agreement automatically renewed for an additional 36-months ending December 31, 2017.
[redacted] can still elect to cancel the Agreement; per Section 7 of the Agreement, and will contractually owe liquidated damages for early termination.

commercial account was acquired from [redacted] in 2014 and was on a commercial route with a one-yard dumpster. With your approval, we replaced the container with two-96 gallon containers which were the exact same volume of trash. You spoke to our agent who advised that there would be a decrease in your rate from two-96 gallon containers at $42.44 per month to one 96-gallon container at $21.22 per month. At this time no credit is due for the difference. Again, please accept our apologies for the frustration caused by this situation.

delay in removing our container and invoices to generate once you cancelled your account. Our records indicate you cancelled your account 05/01/2016 and your container was removed 5/25/2016. Please accept my apology for the delay in removing our container.
 
Waste Management invoices monthly in advance. Invoice dated 5/1/16, [redacted] (attached) is for May 2016, service period. Invoice dated 6/1/16, [redacted] (attached) is a pro-rate invoice, which reflects an adjustment for June’s service leaving a credit of $6.62-. Invoice dated 7/1/16, [redacted] (attached) reflects a one-time removal charge of $150.00 plus fuel/environmental, Regulatory cost recovery charge and a [redacted] franchise fee 20% total balance due is $226.13.September and October invoices reflect late payment charges.
 
The removal charge is a one-time charge to remove containers at the end of service or to remove an unneeded or unwanted container at our customer’s request. Removal service includes both administrative and operational components of accurately coordinating, processing and routing the request and operation of a highly specialized vehicle and drive time to/from our customer’s location.
 
Once again, please accept my deepest apologies for the frustration this caused you. Because [redacted] is a valued customer, I am adjusting $11.30- for the finance charges leaving your account balance $226.13.

I reviewed your account to better understand what caused an invoice to generate extra charges. You prepaid $433.28 which covered the cost for delivery, haul and two tons of debris. Waste management invoiced for an additional haul which I reviewed and can confirm we explained we would adjust because you requested to reschedule the delivery.
 
In addition, a request to extend the rental of the temporary roll off for three days was made by you and we explained the rental cost $10.00 per day.
 
3 days at $10.00 per day = $30.00
 
On 8/10/2015 the weight of the first load is 3.13 tons and the weights of the second load on 8/28/2015 weighed 1.46 tons = 4.59 total tons (2 tons are included in your prepayment) over 2.59 tons.
 
2.59 tons $47.00 per ton =$121.73
 
 
Your current write off balance is $335.34; I issued an adjustment of $186.36 leaving your balance owed to waste management $151.73.

I've been a customer for less then a month. When I signed up they said that I was going to pay $17 a month for residential trash pickup service. They also said I would get $5 taken off my monthly bills if I signed up for automatic payment and paperless billing. I got charged $117 to setup my service and get a trash can delivered. After this, they failed to pick up my trash for 2 weeks. Then I got charged an additional $117. I have to say I'm a very displeased customer. Haven't been a customer for a month yet and I've already paid $230 to them and they can't even pick up the trash on time. WOW.

Service often failed, waste was not removed. I would then call and the representative would say that they will try, but can't promise. Sometimes it was removed, sometimes not. I filed a complaint with Revdex.com.org several months ago. WM representative Nancy [redacted] responded promptly. Service improved a lot. WM called every week for around 5 weeks to see that it service was fulfilled. It was. Then the calls stopped and so did service. Waste has again repeatedly not been picked up. And when it was picked up, WM often left the bins curbside, rather than returning to where they belong on the property, as the service is supposed to do.Desired Resolution / OutcomeA full refund of all backyard pickup to date is the appropriate resolution. While the service is sometimes provided, WM should compensate me for the time that the waste has been left for a week, which causes massive problems as the bins are then full, such as there is then nowhere for me to put waste product. Additionally, they should compensate for the many hours of time I've had to spend calling, being placed on hold, and repeatedly explaining the issue.Thank you,[redacted]
