I wanted to take this opportunity to most importantly, apologize for the missed services you have been experiencing. I made several attempts after our initial call to reach you at (740) 808-0164 and left you a couple of voicemails to confirm you were serviced 04/04/2016.
 
I received confirmation from our operations management team we came out on 04-04-2016 to recover your missed service, going forward the driver is to call in and confirm service. I will also follow up with you on Fridays for the next month to confirm service as well.
 
We are scheduled to switch your Big-O can and replace it with a Waste Management can today and would like to confirm if this is complete. Because you are a valued customer I issued a $25.00 adjustment on your account which will reflect on your next invoice.

I apologize that you experienced issues with your yard waste pickup and appreciate the opportunity address your concerns. At Waste Management, we are committed to...

providing exceptional and reliable customer service. We have taken the appropriate action to identify the cause of the error and to prevent this experience from occurring in the future.
Upon reviewing your account, on November 11, 2016 Mrs. [redacted] called to report no service. Our agent advised Mrs. [redacted] that our driver noted that the can was not out; Mrs. [redacted] disputed and said it was out at 7am. Our agent entered the necessary ticket to have our driver go back and recover. Our driver noted your account, that he came back out to service and found that the container onsite was unrecognizable so it was not serviced. We attempted to reach you to confirm if the container was a waste management container however, we were unsuccessful.
Our route manager went out to your home, did a site check, and determined the container was painted white. He then exchanged the container to prevent any further confusion with our driver. In addition, [redacted] will continue to monitor your account for the next month to ensure we are providing the service.

Revdex.com:Waste Management finally picked up the bin. Unfortunate that it took this escalation to get service from the staff.

The trash was supposed to be removed by WM on 5/4/15 but it was not all taken. At that point my landlord told me that I had to have the trash removed or she would charge me from my security deposit because I had moved out. So it was cheaper for me to have a hauling company remove the trash and they were able to come at the last minute on 5/4/15 at 6:56 PM. And at that point WM still never showed up and the young lady I spoke with last before the office closed said her boss said to put in another ticket and that they would be back to pick up the rest by 6:00 PM on 5/4/15 they never came. I have pictures of everything, when I sat everything out there, I have pictures of the stuff WM left and how they left it a mess, I have pictures of everything before and after. It's only $70 but it's $70 I shouldn't have had to pay.

Upon review of your account I received confirmation your recycle container was delivered, and our operations team routed your recycle, going forward you should have no further service concerns. As you mentioned over the phone an adjustment of $38.86 was placed on your account to cover the delivery charge due to the inconvenience this caused you.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I would also add that while my claim is resolved, I remain in the belief that Waste Management and their contracted insurer, Gallagher Basset, did not act in good faith to resolve this claim promptly, if they intended to do so at all.  I feel strongly that if I had not filed complaints with Revdex.com and Insurance Commission of [redacted], I would still be the only person working to resolve this issue.  I believe that both companies aimed to delay, wait-out and generally frustrate a consumer in hopes they will not have the time or resources to see their issue resolved.  I am deeply disappointed in these perceived tactics and hope other consumers reach out to their respective insurance commissions and Revdex.com to get these dishonest businesses to act in good faith in these and related matters.Thank you Revdex.com for your assistance in this matter.
