Please provide the best telephone number you can be reached so that we can resolve your service issues. Operations also confirmed our driver serviced your carts on 2/24/2015. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. No letters were ever mailed. The only thing the company has mailed and keeps mailing is billing statements. The contract is not with me. Maybe the township needs to be brought aware of how this company chooses to handle their business. I will be contacting northwest Legal Department. If need be, I will just file bankrupcy after all is said and done. But not before its brought to everyones attention.[redacted].

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.
[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] The [redacted] is my work number. I did not receive any call there. I have no idea where Waste Management got the other number they claim to have called. I believe the trash was finally picked up on Friday the 1st of May which would have been my normal trash day! This whole problem started when I asked for and was promised (several times) an extra pickup as I was moving.

The district has been shut down for a day or two over the last few weeks as well as many of the roads have been inaccessible due to snow and ice.
All stops on your road were recovered on Saturday 1-31-2015 and a one month adjustment was placed on your account.
