After researching our internal records, you called to schedule a Bagster removal, and our agent advised you that our driver was unable to remove the bag due to low branches obstructing access, and the bag would need to be moved before we can return to remove it. As noted in the signed Terms and Conditions, “If our driver is unable to pick up the bag due to being filled improperly, the bag is blocked or placed in an unreachable area, there could be an additional trip charge applied to your order. Please note, trip charges will incur a supplementary cost per visit from the initial quote”.
You may contact our Bagster Department at 877-789-2247 to reschedule a removal once the Bagster is relocated, clear of obstructions. Again, please accept our apologies for the frustration of this issue.

We greatly regret your decision to leave Waste Management. Per your service agreement liquidated damages consist of your current invoice ($126.16) multiplied by three months which total $378.48. Waste Management charges a container removal charge of $150.00 which brings the total balance to $528.48. Once the charges are collected Waste Management will cancel your service and remove the container within 1-5 business days.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.
1. In regards to the claim that WM has billed me a pickup fee for $25, there is no stated date of this charge nor did I ever receive this bill. All phone conversations with your company have claimed that my service cancellation was handled properly and paid in full. When I requested my service to be cancelled in MAY no mention of any fee to pick up the trash bin was stated, nor was it mentioned in June, July, August, or September when I was forced to call your company repeatedly, on a consistent basis in response to the threat of collections. Erasing this $25 is only a ploy to make yourself feel as if you have resolved the situation. Crediting the account should have been taken care of previously when your incompetent customer service team had every member attempting to fix my accounts, leaving me on hold for over two hours. Curious to me how I can receive collection notices yet don't receive a bill that you suddenly claim I owe more than 6 months after canceling service. Convenient. 2. I have contacted the bank regarding your unauthorized transaction of $10 and change to the closed account in September. When your customer service team confirmed with me that a paper check would be mailed, I expected the check to be mailed. Not only did your company fail my expectations yet again, your company reactivated a closed bank account by depositing funds in a closed account- which was CLEARLY explained to two team members of your company claiming to be management multiple times. I can confirm that WM was aware of the closed account because I have a saved voicemail message from your customer service representative confirming that the paper check would be mailed. By activating the account I have incurred fees, previously explained in my complaint, erasing the "refund" you inaccurately gave. Forfeiting the refund you inaccurately deposited and paying out of pocket for the bank fees for YOUR mistake is not fair in any way. I only expect you to do as you should have previously, and fix the mess only WASTE MANAGEMENT has caused. This is not a far fetched request.
