The Revdex.com contacted us to let us know about the complaint you filed against Waste Management. I apologize that you experienced issues with your billing and appreciate the opportunity address your concerns.
After researching our internal records, Account Manager [redacted] quoted you a 20 yard roll off for a price of $251.92 for the first 3 tons and anything over would be $48.00 per ton plus taxes. On 7/16/15 our driver came out and exchanged the container and it weighed 5.08 tons, which means it was over by 2.08 tons of excess trash. On 8/16/2015 we removed the container and it weighed 3.05, which was over by .05 tons of excess trash.
Therefore, we adjusted the invoices accordingly, on Invoice #[redacted] issued credit of -$239.20 plus invoice #[redacted] issued credit of -$145.89 and invoice#[redacted] issued credits -$104.91 for the relocation charges. In addition we issued a credit for the finance charges of -$19.14 bringing the total credits to $509.14, leaving the balance of $651.61. Please accept our apologies for the frustration caused by this situation.

[redacted] signed a Service Agreement (“Agreement”) with Waste Management which took effect on [redacted]. Pursuant to Section 2 of the Agreement the initial term of the agreement is for thirty-six (36) months and Agreement automatically renews for an additional thirty six months (36) month renewal term if [redacted] does not notify Waste Management in a written notice of termination, at least (90) days, but not more than one hundred eighty (180) days, per Section 2 of the termination of the then-existing term. Please see attachment.
[redacted] failed to give Waste Management notice of termination within Section 2’s allotted time period. Therefore the Agreement automatically renewed for an additional 36-months (36) ending on [redacted].
[redacted] can still elect to cancel the Agreement; per Section 7 of the Agreement, will contractually owe liquidated damages for early termination.
If [redacted] would like to continue with the cancellation, please contact Account Manager [redacted] at [redacted] or email [redacted] .
