After researching our internal records, on January 24, 2017, you called requesting a better rate, and agreed to a new yearly rate of $259.83. An adjustment was entered on your account, leaving a balance due of $19.59, causing your account to be suspended. This has been credited, leaving a zero balance. On behalf of our agents, please accept our apologies for the frustration caused by this situation. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know, about the experience regarding your call; have forwarded your concerns to the call center managers for additional training and or coaching of our agents.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.
On 7/25/15, Reference Number [redacted] in the amount of $90.79 was paid on account number [redacted] Invoice number [redacted]8 for the months of August 2015- October 2015. On August 1, 2015, the toter (trash can) was picked up after the letter sent out stated that service would continue until the end of August. On August 14, 2015, at 1:47 p.m. a representative from phone number 434-984-3406 (Waste Management in Charlottesville, VA) called to apologize that the toter was picked up early due to confusion on their part and that the can would be returned and a full refund for the month of August would also be repaid since they were the ones that had made the error. On August 17, 2015 the toter was returned and picked back up on September 1, 2015. On 10/23/15, Reference Number [redacted] in the amount of $10.34 was issued back on the credit card. If the $46.86 is processed back to the same card then the amount in dispute is $33.59 which would be for the month of August that the representative said would also be refunded.

Thank you for the opportunity to address your service concerns. I would like to apologize for making you feel forced to do something that you feel uncomfortable doing; I understand how frustrating this must have been for you.
Our containers have a notice not to block them, but we are unable to keep the public from parking too close or in front of the carts. The only thing we are able to do is suggest, if you are comfortable doing so, is to ask the responsible party to please move or not block your containers since they will not be serviced. You may also want to consider filing a petition with the city to have signs installed prohibiting stopping or parking on your street on trash day.

I reject the proposed action as it would definitely not resolve my complaint. Their idea of a December 28th solution is far different than mine. Someone should give this company a reality check! On January 12, 2017, you called and schedule a bulk pickup for February 3, 2017. Our driver attempted to pick up the bulk items on February 3 and 6 and we were unable to access the items due to the vehicles blocking entree. We would be happy to send Our driver back out to service, once we have a guarantee the items will be accessible.

This is the first time Waste Management has reached out to me. I was told the refund would be expedited, and apologies were extended. I regret that it had to come to this in order to be resolved. I told customer service that I would register a complaint, the first time I contacted them. I will not recommend their service, nor would I consider being a repeat customer. My thanks to the Revdex.com. Your help is greatly appreciated!
