I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  
Monday 2nd Mar 2015, a Manager from WM contact me via Phone call and after discuss my case, confirmed that they had on record my complain made before, and didn't know why I never received a letter or a follow up on my previous case.She said, she will send me an email with the Contract Cancellation Doc, she confirmed my email address and said that will send same day. A week passed and still no Email or follow up call made; I have been checking my Inbox and Junk Folder (Just In Case) and no Email have been received. Last time, was the same situation, "THEY" said they will sent cancellation form and never did that... I'm not sure if that is an standard process to keep customers under contract or delaying the process on purpose looking for a drop from the customer side, due to the fact that customers like me, have more important things to do rather than be begging for a cancellation of a basic service.My Email address is: [redacted] just in case they said I didn't provided before.

I paid 48.00 for another 90gallon garbage bin for a years use.. it was hard to roll, scratched up in the front like someone has ran a car over it and rusty. I did not want to be responsible for a bin in such bad shape. I called not one but twice for Waste Management to switch it out...still they did not pickup the bin as I advised to their customer service reps twice that I left it in front of my garage for them to switch out.. 3 weeks later!!, they still did not switch it out. I really need 2 garbage bins as I have three kids who use a lot of garbage during summer time while school it out. I just want it exchanged for one that is in better condition and my money back adjusted for the three weeks that I have not been able to utilize it.

Sorry I had to use this process to reclaim my over payment funds but did not get much of movement until I did. Thanks to both Revdex.com and WM.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  Thank you for refunding my $50 fee.  However, the primary intent of this complaint was for you to address the current policies in place, that allowed such an unjustified expense to occur.  While I'm glad you've resolved the monetary issue, I'd like to ask that you please take a look at current policies, as follows:1)  Why is there no mention on the billing statements of HOW MUCH the fee is, WHEN exactly the fee will be charged, And HOW MANY days must have transpired before the accounts is considered past due?  None of this information is clearly stated on the billing statement.2)  Even though you have current email addresses and phone numbers for all your customers, why are they not contacted until AFTER the account is past due, and they have already been charged a fee?While offering [redacted] is a great start, you cannot honestly expect every one of your customers to have internet access.  For this reason, there needs to a system in place that notifies the customers before they are charged additional fees.It saves YOU money to periodically notify customers via email or phone call (versus paper mail), so the only reason you would continue to operate under the current policy, would be to create an environment (and generate revenue) by charging customers extras fees without their knowledge, and then notifying them after-the-fact.Please take my suggestions seriously.  You current billing practices are dishonest, and are in desperate need of overhaul.Regards,[redacted]

exceptional and reliable customer service, and the experience you received does not reflect our standards. We have taken the appropriate action to identify the cause of the error and to prevent this experience from occurring in the future.
We received your email on 11/23/2016 requesting to cancel your service and refund your payment. Which at that time, we submitted a reverse for $65.89 back to your [redacted] card ending in 8861. Please allow 3-5 business days for the payment to appear on your credit card statement.
