The "proposed" action would be fine, but the business has not performed the action. My check to Waste Mgt. appears to have cleared **/14. Today is **/30 and I still have not received my promised refund.

I spoke to [redacted]. He gave me the same response every route manager has been giving me for years. Revdex.com:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.
I am currently working with [redacted] at Waste Management and hoping to have all issues resolved. She was very nice and listened to all of my concerns. The trash container has not only been left in the middle of the driveway but also left out on the gravel road which causes us to have to get out of our car on the road to move the bin to be able to enter our driveway. This is not safe for us or any other drive that made come down the road. [redacted] is moving forward to get everything to get everything back on track. She is going to keep in contact with us for the next month, so we are hoping this will take care of all the problems. She also added an additional $11.00 credit to the first credit of $8.31 and we also notice a $5.00 administrative charge that we had been told we would not be getting if we went paperless and made payment each time [redacted] by either banking account or credit card. Was given wrong information on 02/23/17 by [redacted] she said our card didn't have to be put on file, that I could pay it every time myself. [redacted] stated that it has to be paperless and auto pay. She is going to give us an additional $5.00 credit to set it up as auto pay. She emailed me instructions on how to do it but I will need to call her because not sure about the pay on the 1st through the 15th which date I will need to choose to make sure account is paid on time. I appreciate the help that the Revdex.com has provided and also the quick response from [redacted] at the corporate office in [redacted]Sincerely,[redacted]

Per our records your account is set up with both [redacted] and [redacted]’s names, this account was established May 2007.
A resume fee of $25.00 was waived as a onetime courtesy in March 2014. The resume fee charge helps cover the administrative cost associated with setting up your account after service has been cancelled due to delinquent payment. The resume fee is valid charge billed to your account; your current balance is $83.33 for the service period January-March.

exceptional and reliable customer service. We have taken the appropriate action to identify the cause and to prevent this experience from occurring in the future.
After reviewing your account, you called multiple times to report no service. On March 1, 2017, you spoke to our agent who advised you it was not your recycle week. You then asked to have the recycling serviced with the trash. Our agent entered the ticket for our driver to recovery on March 3, 2017, and it was not.
[redacted] confirmed she spoke to you and explained the recycling is not considered trash. Therefore, our trash driver would not service causing the further delay in recovery. Thank you for confirming the recycle was recovered. In addition, we will continue to monitor your account for the next month to ensure your services are completed.
