The Revdex.com has contacted us to let us know about the complaint you filed against Waste Management. I apologize that you experienced issues with your request to cancel and appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns.
[redacted] signed a Service Agreement ("Agreement") with Waste Management which took effect on September 01, 2010 for thirty-six (36) months. Pursuant to Section 2 of the Agreement, the initial term of the agreement is for thirty-six (36) months and Agreement automatically renews for an additional thirty-six (36) months renewal term if [redacted] does not notify Waste Management in a written notice of termination at least (90) days, but not more than one hundred eighty (180) days, per Section 2 of the termination of the then-existing term. Please see attached Service Agreement.
[redacted] failed to give Waste Management notice of termination within Section 2's allotted time period. Therefore the Agreement automatically renewed for an additional 36-months.
[redacted] can still elect to cancel the Agreement; per Section 7 of the Agreement, will contractually owe liquidated damages for early termination.

Problem:About 3 weeks ago (Dec 8th 2015) I filed a complaint (#[redacted]) and only received partial resolution. I was never able to make contact with a representative from Waste Management. When I checked the status of this matter I noticed it was moved to "resolved status." I could not find a way to reactivate that file. There are still a number of unresolved issues I would like to work through if Waste Management is interested and/or committed. Waste Management left their mechanicals on my property for a number of months without consulting me. Moreover, when I tried communicating with their personnel I was merely handed from one person to another person. And seemingly one Region to another without rhyme or reason. No one seemed to have the authority or ability to provide answers or resolution. The mechanicals were removed from my property. what I request is to receive an explanation or reason why this took > 6 months. Our agent David spoke with you yesterday and confirmed...
that our Routing Manager Roger went out to your home to do a site check. We determined that the reason for the service issues was due to items being placed into the recycle container that is not acceptable. Route Manager Roger placed new decal sticker on your recycling container to show what items are acceptable.
In addition, our trash driver will empty both containers on your next service day, Friday, June 9, 2017. Our agent David, will also follow up with you on Friday to ensure you are serviced. Again, please accept our apologies for the frustration caused by this situation.

Our records indicate your request to have your containers removed was received on 11/18/2016, and Friday would be the fifth business day, including the holiday. I alerted our operation team to inquire if we could remove the containers earlier and I received confirmation we would remove them today as long as they are not overflowing and the lids are closed.
