On May 1, 2016, your Waste Management account canceled and the container removed on May 4, 2016. Due to standard practices, your account was invoiced the removal charge of $140.00. Per your conversation with Jeanne, she confirmed we did not have a contract on file as the account was received through an acquisition from Big O. Therefore, we agreed to issue a credit and zero out your account.

I have reviewed your account and do find that the billing is correct for a residential account at $39.42 plus fuel and environmental charges per month. Accounts may differ due to circumstances such as senior discounts, new services and quantity of service from customer to customer.

I have reviewed your account and found that the March invoice was past due causing the account to be canceled. A payment has been posted on May 19th, 2016. We have scheduled a courtesy pickup for Tuesday, May 31st and a container removal scheduled for Thursday, June 9th, 2016.

I cancelled my direct payment after we have been going back and forth I contacted my bank to make sure there was no other payments processed. I will pay and hope to be done with this extreme mess. I will never work with waste management again. It has been a horrible experience.

They are simply making a promise to review the account. Several people from the company have already done this and I have yet to see a resolution. The only resolution that I will accept is a refund.

After researching our internal records, you called on March 13, 2017, to cancel your account. Our agent scheduled the cancel and the removal for March 22, 2017. You called multiple times to report the removal was not completed on March 22, 2017, and requested it me expedited. We alerted our operations, and they confirmed the removal was completed on April 3, 2017. Again, please accept our apologies for the frustration caused by this situation.
